A seminar, based on the National Curriculum, was conducted by the Jaffna Entomological
Society (JES) on the request of the Principal, Mrs. S Navaratnam. The beneficiaries of this
programme were GCE O/L ( 2026) students
The event was held on 13th February 2026, from 8.00 a.m. to 1.30 p.m., at the Department of
Zoology, University of Jaffna. A total of 65 students actively participated in the seminar and the
associated laboratory work.
